The changes made by upper management created an atmosphere of chaos and confusion. The managers did a poor job of communicating company changes and policies. People didn’t know what they would be working on—it would change from day to day. Jobs were lost due to outsourcing. People started leaving for of other jobs for fear they would be laid off by the end of the year.
