Pros
Actually the company might be better now because Cigna has taken over. Cigna looks like a good company. They hopefully are better to their employees than Express Scripts ever was.
Cons
There are so many I cannot mention them all here. If you worked for them before Cigna took over, it got really bad (degrading and just nasty) and unprofessional management! I am talking about management at the Albuquerque site. They had certain cliques, and were very good to those people, but horrible to the rest of us. They fired over 5 pharmacist’s when they, and the company, successfully got rid of the Union. They swore to our pharmacist’s they would take care of them, if they dumped the Union. Right before Cigna took over they got rid of any pharmacist’s that they did not like, or who had health problems, or whatever they could make up to make you look really bad so they could fire you. They told us we could not discuss our pay with anyone, because we found out some pharmacist’s were getting paid less money for doing the same jobs. I could go on and on. But, in conclusion please do not go to work for Express Scripts at the Albuquerque site!!! Other sites may have been better, I do not know about them. However, from what I have read about the other sites on Glassdoor, I don’t think that was true.
