After the acquisition of Medco Health things started to diminish--most former Medco people were laid off after they trained their replacements. Wages were MUCH lower, the bottom line seemed more important than patient care, and almost no one could work fast enough to satisfy the "goals"--this included the supervisors also. Very sad day that the company at the top of the heap forgot who built it into what it was at its glory--the employees who never forgot that they REALLY worked for the patient.
