Don't know where to start.. lack of communication between management and employees on important company changes, policies, additions of clients. Overworked, under paid, poor treatment of its employees. Expect to work overtime without much notice, wiggle room, or having a life outside work. Doesn't exist for front line employees which is sad. Difficult working conditions and overly stressful, which a job SHOULD NOT be. Every raise, critism is based on "business needs" and the expectation to maintain employment without being penalized. Pharmacy as an organization/healthcare industry needs to be well organized with sound business practices. Client satisfaction is based on employee satisfaction.
