Overtime opportunities are usually available.

Cons

General foreman, regular foreman are very rude and "two sided" or "fake" Your foreman will micromanage you and not trust you, also you will receive zero recognition.

Pros

No overtime on most jobs which allows for balanced homelife

Cons

Quality and quantity of tools and ppe provided is seriously lacking. No reason every ladder has blooms and makes you itch, or that 30 guys on one site are sharing one band saw, or have to search for self toppers on the ground from other trades.
