QAs are not Important in flextrade - QA Analyst FlexTrade Systems Inc. Employee Review

Management is poor. The view of QA is never asked which shows the lack office importance of them in the company. Sometimes the Head decides what to test for the quick delivery without asking the viewpoint of QA. So it's quite a unique company. They decided to redundant QA team and some other people in Corona time because they suddenly realized that They're not making enough money, although the company is not affected by Corona. Which shows how much they care for their employees. Be prepared to be kicked off anytime if you join flextrade, especially London office. :)
