Pros
Good, well meaning, relatively engaged team. Plenty of opportunities for improvement with team members that are willing to get involved.
Cons
Go1 is going through growing pains in the transition from start up to mid size company. The business is relatively siloed and processes are fairly broken. There are a lot of areas for improvement, which has historically been solved in silos, furthering the existing issues. This could be a great opportunity for employees to effect meaningful change; however with current management, I'm not optimistic. The micro-manging, disempowerment, lack of trust, lack of transparency, favoritism, and unnecessary stress from management gets in the way of people doing their best and making a difference.
