Pros

It's fairly easy to get a job because they seem to be recruiting all the time. Fellow colleagues and team leader were friendly and helpful.

Cons

Be aware that "customer service" translates as "dealing with complaints" in 80% of calls in my experience. permanent hot-desking. You have to arrive at least 15mins before your shift starts to log in to all the computer systems and this is unpaid time.
