NONE. Of course if you have great colleagues like I did, you will have company to talk about HGS and crib about all the things that happen wrong there.
Cons
Everything you can possible NOT want to go through in your work life, you will find it in HGS Interactive. Highly Disorganised Some weird sort of Dictatorship goes on there (Manager is the Dictator) Cons all employees and keeps them uninformed about 100% of the stuff Promotion is easy but without any appraisal or acknowldgement Your offer letter will say at least 4000 more than what you get paid (excluding PF, other tax etc) They say you will have rotational shifts. but it will depend only on either your Project Manager or if you are about to die or something. Don't even think of using your PLs at your own convenience because that is a big deal. You are expected to work as a slave and the only time you can take a day off is either if someone died in your family or you yourself have passed away. No training is provided. You learn on your own and then if you make mistakes, they will insult you in public. Even if you have no work at office, you cant speak to your colleagues and 'chill'. you will have to sit up and stare at the computer and 'pretend' like theres so much work. And oh yes! The HR is like the cherry on top. She has no idea about what she is doing in her life or to our lives. She is seriously unfit to hold that position in office and you will only find yourself running after her for help while she conveniently ignores you. It's the biggest fraud company I have been in and I am thankful that I have come out alive and mentally stable. IF YOU HAVE LITTLE LOVE AND CARE FOR YOUR LIFE, PLEASE AVOID HGS INTERACTIVE.
