Pros

Canteen food is not too bad.

Cons

* Interview process is very long. unwanted interview rounds are more. Sometimes It extends after 8.30 PM. * During interview, they said that there is no Night shift for non-voice process (NPS). But after joined, training started and they compulsory asked to come on night shifts (More than 1 month) continuously. * Some people faced health issues during night shift, but management not even considered that and forced to come for training again. * Those who don't want to come in night shift (not only for routine work, but also for training), please confirm with interviewer and accept offer letter. * Management is not employee friendly. * Initially, they will offer cab facility, but when you go for night shift, they will not provide cab facility. * Many days, it needs to extend work after 8 PM (More than 10 hrs). * Difficult to get leaves.

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
