Pros

Good health and dental benefits. Working with good people and my team leader motivates to keep doing best. Options for some to work in office or as home agents. Home agents save gas money and vehicle wear and tear.

Cons

Payroll capped and many employees working years without a raise. Despite cost of living increasing. Merit bonus twice a year are nice but not a real substitute for pay. Limited options to expand professional growth.

Easy Good Hours Good work/life balance

Cons

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
