Pros

-Lengthy, indepth training (nice easy paycheque if you just need some extra $) -Decent pay, slightly above minimum -Good benefits -Bonus pay for clean attendance (yeah that's a sign this goes downhill) -Nice coworkers

Cons

-They need to offer a bonus for attendance... what does that tell you? -Not flexible on hours. At all. Already got a job? Got a kid? Other responsibilities? Don't bother applying. -No consideration for stress of the job, they don't care if you're left in tears by your last caller, you'd better take another one right away. -Lots of pressure to make sales but there's no sales training. They won't fire you or anything, but the extra pressure is not appreciated at all. -This particular location has no windows to the outdoors. Really, really stifling. -You're not assigned a desk so you can't add your own personality to it. -Calls are usually back to back. Which might sound good, but has the potential to really slow the day down.
