Previously it was good. Call flow was less. But as the performance increased the call flow increased.
You don't have time to even turn your head away from the screen. Should be continuously staring at the computer.
Should take permission to even pee 15 mins prior. Should return within 5 mins, even if you had to go for poop.
Should ask permission to have food 1 hr prior. Should return within 25 mins. And the cafeteria would be crowded ALWAYS.

DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT fall for all the nice words the HR use before you join. Once joined, u won't even find the HR whenever you are in need.
