Pros

Flexible shifts, If you praise your team leaders and management and keep doing it everyday , you will surely grow 😁

Cons

Worst Management, have to ask the permission even to go for a washroom which is so embarrassing, promises never taken care, hectic cal flow, customer's problems doesn't get resolved which directly exerts lot of pressure on the front end from the customers, at the same time, management expects excellent performances under these circumstances, lot of politics and partiality

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
