Pros

The toilets have toilet paper and being sacked would be promotion here.

Cons

Useless management who demotivate and devalue the staff at every moment, pay is often wrong, zero career prospects, breaks are the lowest of any employer, if HGS could legally make people work with no breaks on a 10 hour shift or pay people nothing, then they would, alot of rules and employment contracts are straight out of a fortune cookie, shift rota changes constantly with no forward planning, all HGS sites operate against one another, and how HGS has customers is a miracle, considering the computers don't work and you have to log into a dozen programmes that do not work. to come to HGS is a sign you have are one step away from living on the street or eating out of bins.

Cons

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
