Pros

It paid money. Just quite badly.

Cons

Pay was poor. Six years on a pay freeze. Managers were rude and complained about my disability affecting my work. I felt pushed out. No harm department to complain to. No place to grow as an employee or grow skills.

Easy Good Hours Good work/life balance

Cons

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
