Pros

Working environment was good in 2017 first half.

Cons

It's a BPO. Back to back calls. Not about 1 day or 2. Every day the same condition. No logic in the words of TL. Meet the target by any means than only your TL will consider you. If you could not meet the target all will get in your back. No support from any TL , manager or HR department. Exit process is very tough. 30 days hard and fast even if you have major issue in the family. Will not consider any document anything. 30 days means 30 days. If you know the art of licking than its OK.

Easy Good Hours Good work/life balance

Cons

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
