      Good Company but Working hours are too much - Tech Lead HGS Employee Review

      Pros

      Good Environment Good friends Learning Environment feels good like college on Saturday. They should do it often Happy employee make good profit Make game activities

      Cons

      Salary is very less that's why they have high attrition rate among freshers. Every 2-3 month people leave this company 9 to 7 is working hour so 10 hour per day. Plus bangalore traffic so u will spend 14 hour daily. No off on Saturday as well. So they make u work 25x10=250 hours and pay u less only 15 min morning break, 30 min lunch and 15 min eve break. Rest 9 hour u will be on continuous calls.

      Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
