Pros

Several accounts to choose from, attendance policy isn't so strict anymore, stable, full time work, management cares to hear from you regularly, paid time off, recognition for a job well done, there is room for growth if you choose that

Cons

Pay could be better, there's a high turnover rate, so lots of people are constantly hired, meaning a lot of people who don't understand professionalism get hired. Main issue I've had is with rude, unprofessional coworkers from different accounts who don't respect the building, co-workers or work environment. It's a customer service job, so you can imagine the headaches that can come from dealing with irate customers over the phone
