Pros
As a Beginner this is a good start, if you are looking for a call centre job. Best for Machines, People who are don't get jobs in good companies can definitely get it here.
Cons
The Management is very slow. They treat you as their slaves and won't bother to pay you for your best efforts. They promise you for a falseful Team Outing. Worst food at the Cafeteria, Even Team Dinner is Ordered from your pocket which is not worthy, unhygienic & tasteless. You hardly get 1hr break and if you exceed it you would be abused by your Teamleads. No access to internet other than your client website and if are on work expect calls from the insane creatures on this earth and get annoyed, because it would effect your productivity and you cannot drop the calls. They expect you to attend all the irrelevant calls and give your 100% productivity. A few Team Leads are not Transparent and Worst in managing a team. They state false experience of 5/6/8years and are not having capability and any knowledge about the process, still taunt you for your work done. They also state no one is having the authority and powers they have. One of the Team Lead I had doesn't care if you are not feeling well. They don't even reply if you need a sick leave and instead you get a Loss of Pay, even after informing them. The Team Lead expects your 100%. If you are not on the Track, you are stopped at workplace in midnights and need to do Overtime. No matter what comes you cannot take any urgent leave. You are not even eligible to take any leave on your religious festivals. There are no Indian Holidays. You have only 10days holidays which are US Holidays. Even on New Year you need to Work. Leaves are just numbers you can most probably encash them when you resign, if they are more than 30days. You are not entitled to any sick/casual leaves. They will make sure you working on public holidays and try to convince you by asking you to work for Double Pay. The package is worst. They will charge you for ESI and many other deductions which are not worthy against your will. The work pressure is a lot and you can even expect a good pay for the work you give. Transport is pathetic. They don't have any app or proper support. You cannot expect any promotions until 2yrs and that is also not possible mostly. When you resign you should be ready to serve notice period, they make you work like hell and still not get paid for the work you did to expect many Loss of Pay in the Full and Final Settlement.
