Mostly everything...the training was horrible. You technically have to learn on your own, I worked there almost 2 months randomly was told to attend a zoom call...and was told my employment was being terminated. And the only reason they gave was “breach of probation” I was working up to 6 days a week. I’ve got 2 young children to feed I’ve got a family...we were so happy to move into our new home and life was looking better....as of right now I’m the sole provider...it’s a month to Christmas...and they left me with out a job...no real reason to terminate me. The managers and hr were heartless. Just stared at me and instead of saying we’re sorry or showing some type of remorse I got “we’re ending the zoom call now bye” I asked multiple times what I did wrong...a warning or explanation would have been better then leaving a mother who’s the sole provider as jobless. I was in the middle of my shift. I was ready to start my day and have a good day and then that. I’m now struggling to find a new job. I work hard, I put heart into everything I do and the way they treated me was so insane. I’ve never felt the way they made me feel so horrible inside. One day I’m planning Christmas the next day I’m hoping we aren’t homeless and I can find a job as soon as possible. Please do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to get a job this is not the place for you.

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
