No good salary. Working hours are more than 12 hours. Stressful work, client keeps changing the process and the manger like cows accept whatever the clients says, without considering the employees view HR are for name sake, they aren't aware of their responsibility no promotion easily, AGM would turn DGM and then GM in one year and Associate would remain associate for more than years
