Pros

Easy work Team members are sometimes nice Sometimes you get nice people on the phone

Cons

Poor wage Constantly changing work hours Team managers are not trained in being a manager Team managers constantly speaking down to you and threatening to fire you Constant tech and system issues - which you are then blamed for and docked pay for Asking why you want a holiday - denying it if it isn't urgent need, even though you have many days to take off Last minute being told not to work because they have 'overdelivered' on hours to the client

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
