- Work at home - A new system to bid for hours you want to work at - Great benefits program - Good management

Cons

- Despite being a customer advisor you act more like sales. - Businesses you work with more interested in revenue than customer service - Can be very draining mentally - Customers are often mad at you for things you can't control. Leading to further stress

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
