Pros

when you just start it nice cause they allow you to shift bid and build your sheldule

Cons

it all fun until they force you to be an Hybrid agent and downgrade job perk you had to make you work multiple job at the same time for the same pay

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
