JUST DONT'T - Customer Advisor HGS Employee Review

JUST EVERYTHING, once youve done a weeks training they say there will be support but NOTHING, left on your own COMPLETELY. The only contact you have with anyone is through something called Webex - completely Zombiefied - just no one there unless your showing that your not on a call. You cannot take any annual leave or days off at all - just not allowed even though your entitled to holiday its a no no, out of my training group of 14 i think theres about 4 people left but looking to leave when a new job comes available, YOU WILL be expected to work weekends, bank holiday, xmas, new year the lot at standard rate. To say its working for Legal Aid at min wage - £9.50 is a joke, back to back calls - no chance to breathe - dont do it to yourself - youl be very lonely and you never no from 1 day to the next whos the Manager thats on - no one answers emails no one to call - the training doesnt cover you for what is expected youl be thrown in at the deep end and left to it. NEVER EVER AGAIN - you will be mentally and pysically drained and left with anxiety. dont want to even give 1 star but have no option
