Pros

The initial trainer was amazing, and the first month was awesome. We were given free gift cards for completing training.

Cons

Plumeted downhill after the 1st month. Lack of help, felt like I was 'thrown to the wolves' We were expected to do things that we weren't trained how to do HR refused to pay me my Vacation pay following termination. They don't believe you when you say you are ill, send you info for your dr to fill out within a day. If you can't get to see your dr, you're terminated!

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
