Pros

- Work From Home - They provide the machine for you - Smooth interview process

Cons

- Can mentally stress you due to lack of support from Training Supervisors while making customer wait for 30 minutes or more. - Not sure if they are lying about the paid hours or just doesn't know, training vs production. - Pays minimum. - Requires a very closed room for WFH setup, if you have a kid/newborn, good luck. - Shifting, folllows strict schedule (obviously, not flexible if you're looking for a flex time)

Cons

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
