Pros
Some of the team I worked with I really liked and helped out better than some team leaders would but you got split apart randomly into over groups/departments.
Cons
Where do I start. Constant tech issues that you have to fight to get amended from stating you decided to take an extra break, constantly underpaid and I really mean constantly. You would have to be a torture to them all the time to get your correct pay. I worked on the 119 covid letters when people/airports/countries still took covid seriously always getting yelled at because someone who had 4 middle names and they didn't show on the letter, it was explained that we cant do anything its your GP medical records/ the letter only show first and surname but it was like talking to a brick wall. Having to explain to people how to download the app even though that's not part of the job. You would book a day off and get called by your TL asking why your not in, trying to book a day or two was impossible at times. I was full time but in the team chats lots of agency staff get told they were losing their job the next day or by the end of a shift (not joking this happened a few times) and the company had employed new staff?? Probably because new staff won't kick off and complain about their pay being wrong as much, and I really emphasis this. When you go from month to month not knowing what your pay is and just feeling horrible when you get it just makes you feel like trash. I think I stayed was because I worked a tough job for 5 years and WFM/Remote was a breath of fresh air I tried a office job after but went back to WFH with a company that yeah, still has its issues, although I can book time off and my pay is always correct.
