Pros

You get 16/hr which might be the difference between paying rent and being homeless for some people here.

Cons

Micromanagement, managers constantly try and steal your wage/bonus. Managers are rude and condescing. Lots of pressure to sell/upsell but not commission at all. We had a $50 raffle draw for 3ish weeks but that was all in my 2 years there. It took me more effort to get them to pay me this money after I won it.

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
