Don't bother speaking your mind to management, it will only put a target on your back. Managment wants you to show up and shut up. The four-month probationary period is a joke. I missed one day with a doctor's note, and they fired me. The one-week orientation puts a lot of emphasis on safety. They don't practice what they preach.
