Pros
Competitive pay, reasonable benefits, and perks. Prior to recent changes, the company culture made this an excellent place to work.
Cons
Unfortunately, since Dan Goldsmith took over the company has been incredibly poorly managed and is now going downhill at a rapid pace. Way to much money spent on salaries for middle management while support and engineering suffer. Bridge was an excellent product that they spent years developing, and then they dropped it mere months after trying to sell it. It's like they spent an entire season planting crops, waited til they were half-grown, then said "whelp, we haven't sold any yet" and set fire to the whole field. The culture was excellent and the company was making excellent gains until about a year and a half ago when Josh Coates stepped down. A really disappointing end to what used to be a great company to work for.
