Pros
Overall the job itself is a great start in a SAAS company, and you will need to prioritize in networking and working hard to do more stuff eventually. Base pay is $16 an hour with a dollar raise after 90 days. Here are some Pros : Great health insurance Great community to be around Supervisors in the l1 team are amazing and are always there when life happens or when your stuck Daily office hours!!! Loads of opportunities to move up if your willing to sweat and work hard for it, and network properly. Work is not as hard as most people put it as, you just need to find your own personal workflow. You get switched up in delegations a lot which balances the work load. They pay you for your office setup (its more then you think :D ) You work fully remote if you are not based in Utah. They give you a decent macbook for work, and necessary equipment for the job The interview was very refreshing and was the best interview I have ever experienced.
Cons
Here are some Cons : Salary honestly could be way better for the amount of work you are told to do and are expected to learn. I think if they made base pay 18 that alone would be justified. There is a lot to know about canvas, and it will take some time before you adjusted to this, when your new, users are assuming you’re an expert....So be prepared for that. If you are not good with communication , this job might not be for you. The monitoring software they use to check your adherence and monitoring can be a bit wonky at times , you will need to eye it like a hawk.
