Management is awful. They won't listen to concerns from their techs, and took bare minimum precautions for their employees during covid despite being the biggest processor of covid tests. The company likes to blame certain departments in order to cover themselves where it counts--prepare to take the fall for every QC mistake and get scolded as if you personally did it. They won't give you a decent wage and will work you to death. They like to brag about their paid leave, but it also encompasses all of your sick days, so know that any sick days you have to take will come out of you maximum allotted time off. Also, if you don't PLAN to be sick at least 48 hours in advance, which most people don't, they can punish you for "unscheduled PLB."
