Terribly understaffed due to high turnover. Turnover is high because management is unprofessional and make it a terrible place to work. Increase in responsibility without an increase in pay or so much as a thank you. Managers retaliate after you quit by holding your check for weeks. I can recall multiple occasions where my manager would stand across the room giving employees dirty looks for no good reason. Absolutely no training, I was left by myself to figure it out on my very first day. By far the worst company I've ever worked for and I'm a very tolerating employee. Everyone was looking for a new job.
