Our developers, managers, and account management teams are career-oriented, hard-core, creatives that rarely arrive at 9 or leave at 5—that is not management’s policy that is their choice. Some come to the sunshine state to slow down to half speed and when that happens we invite them to seek employment elsewhere. We are continuously working on improving with ongoing management training and other internal initiatives; We welcome and respond to employees feedback and even go so far as to conduct exit interviews for most terminated employees.
