Pros
The culture and the people is what makes this place different from other companies. You can't help but get excited about the energy and the work that is being done. It is truly a fun atmosphere. You get to know the owners, they joke with you. You work with every department on multiple projects - so you get to know everyone in the building. Its your choice of what you want to make of your job. If you want to be a stick in the mud, you can be. If you want to enjoy what you do for 8 hours - its your choice - but the management team and other co-workers are here to work, and help you in any way.
Cons
I see a lot of negative reviews on here. If you aren't happy at Mangrove, why don't you get another job? No one is forcing you to stay. There are other places you can work. The owners are not bad people and saying you disapprove of the CEO when you don't even know him is quite ridiculous. If you have issues with your manager - that's what HR is for. GROW UP, be an adult and stop bashing a company just because you don't get your way. A lot of us are sick of hearing you complain.
