Pros
MasterControl was a great place to work --mostly because of the people. I was there for 7 years, and I made some lasting friendships. Their products and involvement in the life sciences industry was fascinating and I learned a lot that I can apply in my next job. One particularly admirable thing is the company continues to be on the cutting edge of innovation and technology. I also enjoyed the fitness clubs. They are a great way to be active with coworkers and promote a healthy life style.
Cons
There wasn't always enough cohesion across the teams and departments. There were some conflicts in approaches to processes, which made it challenging sometimes.
