Pros

- From onboarding and training to working on the floor, everyone was respectful, friendly and professional. No one ever "pulled rank," in my experience; and supervisors used what felt like customer service techniques even towards team members under them. - The company is very streamlined and up-to-date, which helps the WFH experience. - Maximus seems pretty committed to diversity, and that makes for a mutually-respectful workplace and also helps to deal with a very diverse consumer base.

Cons

- The pay is too low, and should be $5 - $7 higher, for the skills and experience required. Maximus seems only to hire experienced CSRs for the job, but pays only a starting-level wage (before health insurance takes a big chunk out). - The demands are very high, in spite of the wage. It's very hard to keep track of everything they demand of you, and all the knowledge you need to have to do the job, when you're also worried about paying your bills.

Pros

Paid Holidays, a good amount of sick pto and regular pto.

Cons

They have been doing a few rounds of layoffs and not hiring new staff. I feel more like a number than an actual person. They removed the incentive program and keep pushing for better numbers, but there is no drive to do so.
