Pros
I got paid each week.
Cons
Very little support help in the store at any time but truck days but not even close to what you need for those days. The level of expectations was well above the level of payroll given always behind playing catch-up. A normal busy day the mangers would spend 1/3 to 1/2 of the day on the checkouts. This pushed you to have to stay and perform daily duties on your own time nearly every day just to come close to being complete. Turn over in the store due to work expectations and low pay and even lower hours was very high creating even more pressure on the managers. it was a weekly thing to have people with 4-8 hours for the week. must would be 8-12 hours part time full time would be as low as 36 just to meet payroll and cover the store. And you only have 4-5 full time in most stores. the rest were part time very part time. This was the cheapest company I have ever worked for.
