Pros
Great atmosphere, very nice people, nice office. The company main focus is on business intelligence in all the cool and trend areas, mobile, cloud, social media.
Cons
No investment in employee, low salary at starting level, too depended on the US office. The Warsaw office is treated as offshore, although most employee have greater knowledge then the project managers they are working with.
