Constantly working overtime and they expect it from you,manager texts employees in the weekend to open their laptop and work for urgent matters and there is no compensation,some of the KPI goals are performed in the weekend to for some teams, like its normal

Strategy Chennai offers a really good work-life balance, which is honestly one of its biggest strengths. The work expectations are reasonable, and there’s respect for personal time. Compensation is competitive and fair for the role and experience. One of the best parts is the people — colleagues are friendly, collaborative, and easy to work with, making the overall work environment positive and low on unnecessary stress. The culture feels professional yet approachable, and teamwork is genuinely encouraged.

Competitive pay, Free lunch ( but its 5 day WFO so who cares)

Cons

No real concept of culture, Extreme favoritism. The Indian management actually PRESSURED new joiners to provide a positive review on glassdoor (I know because I was there at the office) PS- You cannot call people to cabin and ask them to write positive reviews thinking they wont tell others
