Business Outlook
Pros
The remote work set up is nice. Company does at least value technology to allow people to live and work most anywhere. Also nice to have a quarterly bonus scheme where you don't have to wait a year.
Cons
Everything. Technology is sub par, circa 1990s, management is dismal and massive overhead of useless executive roles at the company. Culture is cut throat and back stabby. No strategic execution, everything is tactical and fire drill. No pay raises (or few and far between) for the rank and file. And the red tape to get anything done is on the order of the US government.
