Pros
Excellent training through the required bootcamp. Gives you the experiance with the product needed to be successful on client projects. My direct managers and most other consultants I worked with were good.
Cons
Travel can be too much unless you live in a city where major account(s) are located. Quarterly professional development goals in addition to client work can be overwhelming. These too items together make for poor work life balance.
