Pros
The company will respect your personal interests and assign the project accordingly. And it will also give some opportunities to attend technical conferences, in-house trainings to help new hires to grow. Not much workload and a lot of company activities. Nice people to work with.
Cons
Not very strong at technical part and some thoughts are years behind leading players in the industry. ClearCase is the worst source code management system I have ever seen but we are still using it. Some old code base is very hard to enhance with poor engineering practice.
