Pros

Nice people and atmosphere, long vacation, work-life balance

Cons

The high level management team don't set up a goal to the whole company. The overall strategy and product lines change from time to time which is confusing to all the employees. The motivation mechnism is weak for high performers. For the employees with the same title, the bonus differences are little. Recently even the previous EOM program is terminated. Besides, the China R&D center doesn't have real ownership for the projects which is unhealthy for the Chinese employees in the long run.
