Pros
Good balance work life, nobody watches your time too much above average compensation, good medical benefits, flexible hours to a certain extent.
Cons
Too much internal politicking, lack of transparency in how things are done, poor communication from the top and too many processes. Structure is modular so unless everybody gets their act together, it's hard to get things done
