Pros
Great enterprise product! At least 12 months ago and when finally the overdue next release comes out it should help catch up to other BI vendors who have stormed ahead improving their Analytics while MSTR derailed into a new Security focused path last year
Cons
Not much to add to other posts - way too many excellent experienced people in all areas forced out or fed up and left. Since CEO took an interest in day-to-day activities there are one after the other CEO/Exec operations decisions that put up roadblocks for hard working teams to achieve success. Add to that a new 2015 Comp plan that helps the CEO find every nuance possible to NOT PAY the sales force....
