Pros
Very nice and supportive team, quaterly benefits, no one forces overtime unless you agree. No problem with knowledge sharing and managers support giving honest opinions.
Cons
Limited exposure to tools and new solutions, it's hard to develop new skills unless learning it at home in free time. The company took a turn towards much less empoloyee-friendly (you accept the change or you need to leave), very much bitcoin centered.
