Pros
Really nice office. Brand new building that is really nicely done on the inside. Right next to Tyson's corner mall which makes lunch easy. Nice people (although unmotivating). The holiday parties are AMAZING. These people know how to party.
Cons
Favortism, not performance, is HUGE. And there are little efforts to hide this.Therefore, be prepared to do lots of traditional sucking up. There is no emphasis on development just the completion of the numbing work you are given. Unhappy employees. Manager told me he would leave the company if he was offered a job somewhere else. Do not expect to advance very easily.
